In order to realize these objectives, the company has implemented a Quality System that will provide continuous improvement leading to zero defects and will be driven by top management. The quality system is described in the Quality System Manual and its process maps.

Versatech management reviews the system regularly to ensure that it is consistently implemented and that the business has sufficient resources to maintain the system. The effectiveness of the system is evaluated on a regular scheduled basis and the findings are reported to management.

Compliance with the system and the quality of the Company’s goods, services or products is the responsibility of all employees in every position and function.
